The Foundation

Intention of the Frankfurt Foundation Quality of Medicines (FFQM) is to support research activities on medicinal product quality and the therapeutic interchangeability of generic medicinal products containing the same active ingredients. In order to achieve these goals PhD projects as well as diploma theses or seminar papers and publications on quality of medicines will be promoted.

Aim of our funding measures is to motivate students, PhD candidates, postdocs and pharmaceutical scientists with practical experience in all relevant areas of drug product quality to focus their research activities also on improving quality assurance procedures and their application in practice. Moreover, incentives should be created for the development and implementation of innovative processes for optimized quality of medicinal products.

The Frankfurt Foundation Quality of Medicines is a legal foundation under civil law in Germany. It is recognized as a non-profit organization.
